Q: Are there any safety warnings {picobella) slings?


A: Yes.

  • The suggested ages of your baby is only a guide. Do take note of your child’s own physical growth and development stage. Do not use if baby exceeds 12 kg.
  • Always support your baby with your arm as and when you feel is needed.
  • Do not place more than one baby at a time in the sling.
  • Pay careful attention to airflow. Check to ensure that the baby's airway is not blocked and that the baby is breathing at all times. Do not leave sling wrapped around an unattended infant.
  • Do not use the baby pouch while cooking.
  • Use care when walking through doorways or moving around sharp edges, corners or other hazards while wearing baby in sling.
  • Be aware of the baby at all times. Remember that the baby is not strapped in and can climb out or grab dangerous or breakable objects off of shelves and walls.
  • Be cautious when consuming food and drinks when baby is in the sling.
  • Baby pouch is not a car seat replacement. Never drive or carry baby in the pouch while moving in a vehicle.
  • Do not use the sling while exercising or performing any kind of strenuous activity.
  • Always inspect the baby pouch carefully before each use. Make sure the cloth is in good condition and the stitching around the seams is secure. If there are any frays or loose stitching on your new baby pouch, please return it to us.


Q: What is the care instruction for {picobella) products:


A: For our pouch sling, nursing cover, and bib, you can handwash/machinewash them separately and tumble dry medium. For diaper clutch & changing pad, we recommend you to wipe clean using wet sponge, use mild soap if necessary.


Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?


A: All domestic orders are shipped via TIKI JNE priority mail, unless otherwise arranged. Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. We will let you know if we anticipate any delay. You can expect to receive your items within 5 -10 business days after placing your order. We will let you know if an item is out of stock.  Please contact us if you have a special shipping request.


Q: Can I ship my order to a different address?


A: Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s information under “Shipping address”. If you’d like us to include a message on a gift card, please let us know by clicking on the “Add special instructions to seller” when checking out.


Q: Do you ship outside Jakarta?


A: Please contact us for shipping to other destinations outside Jabodetabek.


Q: Do you ship internationally?


A: Please contact us for shipping to other international destinations.


Q: What payments do you accept?


We accept payment through

  1. Paypal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to purchase through Paypal. You can use a credit card.
  2. Bank Transfer to BCA account. We will send you the bank account information along with your order confirmation via email.


Q: Is my credit card information secure?


A: Our shopping cart is powered by Paypal. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.


Q: Is my personal information secure?


We will not share your name or personal information with anyone.  On rare occasions, we may send an email or postcard announcing exciting {picobella) news or providing updated product information.   If you would prefer not to receive such correspondence, please send a note  to info@picobellababy.com asking to be removed from our list. We will gladly remove your name.


Q: I had trouble placing an order, what should I do?

Q: What is your Exchange Policy?


Products purchased directly from us can be exchange within 5 days after purchase/delivered. The item must be in its original condition and still have the tag/insertion attached. Please email us to info@picobellababy.com and state the action you would like to take. We will email you the further details.

If you have purchased your item(s) from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their exchange policy.
